Terms
Customers who have established credit with Petworld Pet Products will receive terms of net 30 days following the date of invoice. Overdue accounts will be charged interest at the rate of 4% per month. All returned cheques will be charged a $15.00 handling fee. A valid Business License is required to purchase at wholesale prices.

Prices
All prices are subject to change without notice. We have attempted to provide customers with the most up to date prices at the time of our catalogue publication. All pricing discrepancies should be reported immediately to our office. Our GST number: 861071090 RT0001. Our prices do not include GST.

Returns
No returns are accepted without prior authorization from our office. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge, unless the goods are defective. We ask that the goods be in a saleable condition - clean, packing intact, and pricing stickers removed without defacing the products.

Claims
Merchandise leaves our warehouse in good condition. All claims for shortages or damages of goods delivered by common carriers must be hould be made to the transport company within 48 hours of delivery.

Warranty
Petworld makes no claims as to the suitability or endurance of the products.
